How do you screen tenants? We screen tenants looking using background checks, TransUnion credit reports, income verification, and rental history to ensure we place reliable tenants in your property.

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent We automatically flag rent payments that are late and immediately escalate overdue payments. If a tenant doesn't pay, we follow up with notices and begin the eviction process, if necessary, in compliance with local laws.
